J. Cole has bounced back this evening with a brand new song for the fall quarter. Out of nowhere J. Cole surprised fans with the release of a brand new single titled Port Antonio. In the track J. Cole addressed the recent beef with Kendrick Lamar and Drake

J. Cole speaks about the Kendrick Lamar & Drake beef on ‘Port Antonio’ where he was quoted saying: “I pulled the plug because I seen where that was about to go, they wanted blood, they wanted clicks to make they pockets grow”.

He continued saying “I wouldn’t have lost the battle, dog, I would’ve lost a bro, I would’ve gained a foe, and all for what?” where he spoke about choosing not to beef over wax with Kendrick. He also spoke on the pettiness of this battle where the two MC’s resorted to cattiness and gossiping with the line: “Jermaine is no king, if that means I gotta dig up dirt and pay the whole team of algorithm bot n*s just to sway the whole thing on social media, competing for ya favorable memes”.
